These terms cover use of the Nook 26 website. A website project is covered by the scope, price, and other terms we agree with you before work starts.

Project pricing and scope

Prices on this website describe our simple business-website offer. We agree on the final scope and terms before starting. Domain registration is separate. Extra work and any ongoing services must be agreed separately. Your project agreement will cover payment timing, revisions, delivery, ownership, hosting, and any cancellation or refund terms. These website terms do not set those terms or replace that agreement.

The introductory $500 price is for our first 10 websites. The regular price is $950. We confirm availability and your project price before you commit. The $150 owner edit page is not available yet.

Your content

You are responsible for the details, text, images, and other content you give us. Please only provide material you own or have permission to use, and check that business information is correct before publication.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website, try to disrupt it, or copy Nook 26's original website design or branding without permission. Design samples are fictional and do not describe real businesses.

Availability and outside links

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Outside websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
